Atlet pairs a three-team wood bat league in Texas with nine weeks of performance training. You play on weekends and train all week at the Atlet facility.

The winner of the summer series will celebrate with the Atlet Summer League trophy and champagne celebration. Live ABs are included within the training program to maximize at bat exposure for hitters and minimize overuse for pitchers in order to allow for mid week development. All athletes will have performance training Monday - Friday, with daily trackable pitching and hitting mechanical work individualized to their performance needs and will have full access to the Atlet Sports training facility beyond group led workouts for their personal training needs.
